Italian double bassist based in Varese, currently keeping the low end alive across orchestras in Italy and beyond. Regular collaborator with Orchestra da Camera Canova, Orchestra dell'Università degli Studi di Milano, and Orchestra Antonio Vivaldi — plus the occasional adventure with whoever needs someone to carry a very large instrument onto a stage. Has performed at the Arena di Verona, the Duomo di Milano, the Pantheon in Rome, the Auditorium del Lingotto in Turin, and a surprising number of churches with questionable heating. Repertoire spans from Bach to Piazzolla, with plenty of Mozart in between (naturally). When not counting rests, he also builds software — which explains this website.
